L’audit est l’étape la plus important de la mise en place d’un logiciel de Gestion. Le consultant et/ou l’équipe projet doivent comprendre les enjeux, analyser les besoins. Il faut analyser étape par étape le l’organisation des paies au sein de l’entreprise.

Suite à cette phase un cahier des charges peut être rédigé.

Contrairement au cahier des charges qui lui formalise la demande du client, le document de cadrage indique comment le projet va être mis en plan. Il définit clairement les réponses au cahier des charges, le planning, le rôle de chacun, les règles de communications entre les différents interlocuteurs, le début et la fin du projet.

Avec ce document de cadrage est généralement remis une proposition commerciale de mise en place du projet.

Cette étape consiste à paramétrer l’application suivant les besoins analysés.

Cette phase consiste à récupérer les données du client, les transformer et à les importer dans le nouveau logiciel afin de ne pas partir de zéro.

La phase de test consiste à valider que le paramétrage et les données correspondent à la demande du client. c’est étape est également appelé « Recettage ».

La phase de formation est une étape indispensable qui sera plus ou moins longue en fonction de la complexité de l’interface de SILAE. Une formation optimale garantit une utilisation au quotidien qui tire profit de toutes les potentialités de l’application.

Suite à cette période de formation le service d’assistance téléphonique prendra le relais sur tous les domaines où les utilisateurs auront été formés.
